Refund policy

Here at ScentfullyK Creations , we want you to be happy with your purchase. However, due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or provide refunds unless your item arrives damaged or there was a mistake on our end. Please be advised that air bubbles within the cup -which can occur as a natural result in the shipping and handling process- are not means for a replacement/refund.

In the event that your order is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence of the damage. We will help you through the process to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Please note that all sales are final for custom or made-to-order items. We highly encourage you to review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase.
